PAYMENT TERMS
We are striving to provide our customers with convenience of paying in their preferred way. In the meanwhile, we are in the process of facilitating, we are accepting the payments by UPI only.
SHIPPING
Once order is placed, we will ship within 24 hours. We are working with multiple delivery partners to speed up the delivery. Based on the delivery location, we will choose the right delivery partner for the service.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
No item can be returned or exchanged. However, in case of a product is delivered in a damaged condition, we will ship the damaged articles at no cost to our esteemed customers. If an order is cancelled before the shipment 100% refund of the paid amount is provided.
It takes around 5-7 working days to complete the refund process and deposit amount in the customer's bank account.
If coupon is applied on an order and the order is cancelled coupon will not be reinstated.
